AIDAN Limited’s Managing Director is also the Founder and Team Leader of the Moutuana Entrepreneurs Alliance of PNG (MEAP). Over 40 years of professional experience in the public, private and NGO sectors. Masters degree in International Affairs from the University of Ohio, USA through a Fulbright scholarship award. She holds a Post-Graduate degree in Strategic Management from the University of Bristol, UK.

Former Acting Secretary of DNPM and was substantively Deputy Secretary DNPM for about 4 years. Over 20 years of foreign aid coordination & management in DFAT & DNPM. She was Adviser/Head of Strategic Planning, Strategic Planning and Evaluation Division (SPED) at the Commonwealth Secretariat, London, UK from 2004-2010 with a brief appointment to Acting Director, SPED in 2010 up to August, 2010. Ms Ellingson is a PNG trained diplomat served in Indonesia in the early 80s.

Appropriate work experience to assist with strategic & sector planning & programming and support implementation of district & provincial plans. Former Director-General, Office of Tourism, Arts & Culture – a policy secretariat and sector coordinating agency of the tourism, arts and culture sector – 2010 – 2016.

As Managing Director of AIDAN Limited, since the incorporation of the company with the PNG Investment Promotion Authority (IPA) on 17^th August, 2013. The company went into business on 31^st May, 2018. Ms Ellingson’s international experience is the motivating factor behind the consultancy work on empowerment through international business partnerships. Her wealth experience in development work has extended to MSMEs. So bringing these two areas of her experience has created a niche for economic, social and personal transformation. Having led three (3) teams of MSMEs to the Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI) in 2017, 2018 and 2019 makes her the most suitable candidate to be Team Leader of the MEAP in 2020 to the TEI 2020.
